A Hyundai mostrou os detalhes do Eon, um carro subcompacto feito especialmente para a Índia.

Ele concorre com o Toyota Etios Liva e Honda Brio. O carro mede 150 cm de altura, 349 cm de comprimento, 155 cm de largura e 238 cm de entre-eixos. É o menor modelo da marca, batendo o Hyundai i10.

O motor é um 0.8 três cilindros de 56 cv. O carro custará 267 mil rúpias.

We knew that was what the new Hyundai i30 2012 hatchback at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, but so far we have not seen pictures of the whole thing. Now that we have, we were wondering if we will soon see this car will arrive in the U.S. market, but with the insignia of Elantra Touring.

Hyundai mostra Veloster modificado

A Hyundai mostrará em novembro no SEMA 2011 (Specialty Equipment Market Association) um Veloster modificado, preparado junto com a ARK.

O carro tem motor 1.6 210 cv com turbocompressor. A pintura do carro é cinza com partes em verde "Citrus".  O acabamento do interior será em Alcantara, bancos tipo concha, volante de três raios e cinto de quatro pontos.

Veloster e Elantra já estão à venda

A Hyundai já está vendendo os modelos Veloster e Elantra nas concessionárias do país. Até a semana passada, os dois carros ainda estavam na pré-venda.

O "hatchback coupe" parte de R$ 75.700 e vai até R$ 82.900 com rodas de aro 18 e teto solar. A marca ainda diz que o modelo é focado para os jovens e para quem gosta de carros esportivos. Já foram mais de 1000 procuras pelo carro.

Já o sedã Elantra custa mais caro que seus concorrentes. Vai de R$ 71.700 até R$ 84.200 com câmbio automático e teto solar. O carro tem as versões GLS e Limited.

Ambos os carro só estão disponíveis nas cores prata e preto. Em breve, o Elantra terá a cor vermelha e o Veloster a branca.

Você Já Percebeu? Novo i30 com duas dianteiras

Com o Salão de Frankfurt aí, as marcas correm para mostrar suas novidades. A mais curiosa delas é a do novo i30. Não por ser um carro bonito, mas sim por ser duplicado. Duplicado? Sim, o novo i30 tem duas dianteiras!

A da foto acima, a dianteira tem visual bem semelhante ao do Elantra, tanto que tem gente que já está o chamando de "Elantra Hatchback". A grade também é hexagonal, mas tem partes que ficam na cor da carroceria. O emblema da Hyundai é cercado por apenas uma barra cromada, que não tem formato de "V", igual ao do Elantra.

Já na 2ª foto, o i30 já aparece com a grade toda preta e com o emblema Hyundai envolvido por 2 barras em "V". Há também as barras debaixo da placa, só que de ponta-cabeça. O carro azul da foto já não traz mais tanta semelhança com o Elantra. Mas por que será? Os dois modelos estão em Frankfurt.
