2011 Suzuk XL 7 Review,And Wallpapers

2011 Suzuk XL 7 Wallpapers and Review and Superb Features
The principal difference between Suzuki XL-July 2011 from its predecessor is in the carrier body, and the rejection of frame design significantly changed the character of the car. As before it is presented in the 5 – and 7-seat versions (with a drive for two and four wheels), but the new model folding third-row seat has a higher comfort level, which is quite natural for the increased dimensions of the car. For the same reason it became more spacious in the front of the cabin. Designers, designed the interior, gave preference to the style of 70-80-ies, which dominated the right angles and flat panel large format. Quality interior was much higher – a rather pleasant to look at and to touch plastic, wood trim and soft leather upholstery.

new generation of Suzuki XL7 – completely independent model, which has nothing to do with the Grand Vitara. Number 7 said the number of passengers that it is able to take on board. In the European market model is not yet represented, and it is unclear whether this will happen at all. However, its overseas sales are in full swing, and “gray” with might and main dealers hauling a novelty in Russia. New petrol V6, developed by General Motors, develops power 252 hp Despite its mission for the U.S. market, is controlledcrossover very well. Roll in corners is minimal, imposing swinging from side to side there.

Crossovers that can take seven, you can count on the fingers of one hand. And such, where the back row is convenient not only for children, and generally do not count. In this car, whose length exceeds five meters, the third-row passengers do not feel redundant. Their seats are hiding in the underground trunk, forming a flat area. In the same underground is multicell capacity, which can accommodate many useful and not very veshchichek. But the spare wheel lives under the floor, increasing the already considerable rear overhang. Suzuki has never been an innovator, not charging their models with the latest technology.

Although the full power, air conditioning and cruise control, music, DVDnavigation system, six airbags are available. There are self-leveling rear suspension and a contactless system starting. For the cheapest complete set asking $ 58,800, and for the top version of Platinum – almost $ 5880 more

Much more than a replica, this artistically stylized, stretched and widened coupe comfortably fits two six-foot-six occupants. While respecting the classic Bugatti look and feel, the 2012 Delahaye USA Bella Figura is built to modern standards in all other respects, including air conditioning, power brakes, steering, and windows, choice of interior and exterior finishes, and modern affordable engines selected to suit 21st century driving conditions.
The 2012 Delahaye USA BELLA FIGURA Type 57S coupe we will debut in August is a prototype. In November 2011 we will begin manufacturing “production” carbon fiber and composite cars, and there will be numerous improvements in those bodies. We will use high tech VECTORPLY 1708 +/- 45 biaxial weave composite with AOC vinyl ester and polyester resins, BOSTIC fiber reinforced plastic and AIREX BALTEK core materials (in some cases bonded to aluminum). It’s clearly the highest quality composite project we’ve ever been associated with in our twelve year history. We will also begin having aluminum bodies hand hammered for selected customers.

2012 Mazda3 SP20 Skyactive Review
OVERVIEW-- Conventional but clever SP20 a rational alternativeMazda has introduced to the Aussie market a car that threatens the eco-friendly credibility of hybrids and diesels alike — and it's a conventional petrol-engined car with a conventional auto transmission.
Slotting into a revamped Mazda3 range, the Mazda3 SP20 SKYACTIV piggybacks off the mainstream, volume-selling models while offering buyers something a little bit different. It's a car that boasts many of the fuel-saving features of the smarter diesels and hybrids around, but also delivers native efficiency from the engine, without any concessions affecting driveability.
Anyone off the street could step into the SP20 and drive it without ever twigging that this is a car that can reduce fuel use in most situations by as much as a third. There are just two tell-tales, the trip computer's readout of fuel consumption and the I-Stop system that shuts down the engine when the car is brought to a halt. The latter is one of two features — the other being electrically-assisted steering — that conserve fuel and aren't integral to the engine. While the electric steering has been introduced to the entire Mazda3 range, for the moment the I-Stop system is exclusive to the SP20, which is the sporty eco hero of the range.
Mazda expects the SP20 to account for as much as 15 per cent of the updated Mazda3 range and the importer claims that number is the effective ceiling, given supply constraints for the SKYACTIV-G engine powering the frugal variant.
Both the SP20 and the rest of the revised Mazda3 range are being launched here at a time that Mazda wouldn't have chosen in better circumstances. This time of year, according to the importer, sales are slow and the market only begins to pick up properly in the last couple of months for the year.
As we reported recently, the Mazda3 lost ground to the Holden Commodore in September [2011] sales, mostly as Mazda ran out the superseded model, leaving it with relatively little stock on the ground in anticipation of the new model. That's a good result for Mazda — a successful runout — but comes at the cost of breaking the Commodore's 16-year stranglehold on the title of Australia's most popular car.

PRICE AND EQUIPMENT-- Unrest in the small-car segment drives lower prices, more equipmentMazda has reacted to the growing competition in the already crowded small car segment by shaving prices and adding value here and there in the Mazda3 range.
As the entry-level model the Mazda3 Neo starts the ball rolling at $20,330 with manual transmission. Not only is that price $1000 cheaper than before, but the Neo is now claimed by Mazda to represent added value worth $1790. This is basically contingent on the base-grade's new 15-inch alloy wheels and body-colour door handles. Automatic transmission adds $2000 to the purchase price.
Mazda has dropped the six-disc CD changer previously fitted to the Maxx Sport and the manual variant is now priced at $24,490 —$1870 cheaper than before. Based on the lower-spec audio system, Mazda advises the difference in value is $1815 only, with some of that resulting from the new standard features: auto-on/off headlights and rain-sensing wipers. As for the Neo, the price of the automatic transmission option is $2000.
The Mazda3 Diesel is priced at $27,360 and both the price reduction ($1870) and the difference in value ($1815) are the same as for the Maxx Sport — and for the same reasons. There is still no automatic transmission option for the Diesel.
Now priced $1630 lower ($31,490), the SP25 offers $2885 extra value, the importer claims. Extra equipment in this level of trim comprises bi-xenon headlights, sliding centre armrest, smart (keyless) entry with push-button starting. Complete with shift paddles, the SP25's automatic transmission option adds $2180 to the purchase price.
Mazda has brought the price of the flagship MPS below $40,000 ($39,490) and estimates that for the price drop of $2425, the MPS now offers $2175 of extra value.
The only new variant in the range, the SP20 starts at $27,990, with a luxury pack available for a n all-up cost of $30,990. For the extra outlay, the luxury pack model features bi-xenon headlights, a sliding centre armrest, leather upholstery and a 10-speaker BOSE audio system with subwoofer.

BMWs and Laser beams

BMWs and Laser beams Light Cars
BMW are all set to introduce Laser lighting technology to vehicular lighting, following the onset of the use of full LED headlights. Laser lighting is monochromatic i.e. the light waves all have the same length. They are near-parallel beams with an intensity 1000 times greater than that of conventional LEDs and they consume less than half the energy consumpted by LED headlights.
BMWs and Laser beams
Laser lighting is not emitted directly, but is first converted into a form that is suitable for use in road traffic. With a length of just ten microns (µm), laser diodes are 100 times smaller than the square-shaped cells used in LED lighting. Possible it may be, but BMW engineers have no plans to reduce the headlight size instead they would retain their conventional dimensions and consequently play a key role in BMW styling. The size advantage may be used to reduce the depth of the headlight unit opening possibilities for headlight positioning and styling. LED lighting generates only around 100 lumens per watt whereas laser lighting generates approximately 170 lumens.

2012 Toyota Camry - First Drive Review and Photos

Since 1997, the Toyota Camry has been the best selling car in America every year but one (2001). Last year, Americans bought 327,804 of them. Furthermore, the Camry platform serves as the foundation for the following Toyota and Lexus models: Avalon, Highlander, Sienna, Venza, ES350, RX350, and RX450h. Collectively, they added up to 738,415 sales in 2010—42 percent of Toyota’s American total. In other words, the Camry is the franchise.
Toyota has renewed this car like clockwork every five years, and the Camry has achieved an enviable position as the default mainstream sedan of choice—quiet, smooth, comfortable, reliable, and affordably priced. This new, seventh-generation, 2012 model is designed to maintain these virtues while offering more fuel efficiency and value.
Though Camry chief engineer Yukihiro Okane doesn’t say it, Toyota was perhaps embarrassed by losing out in mpg ratings to competitors, specifically the Ford Fusion hybrid and theHyundai Sonata. Okane promises that this new model—with every engine—will at least tie for leadership in fuel-economy figures.
The base four-cylinder is now rated at 25 mpg city and 35 highway—up 3 mpg each. The V-6 is up 1 mpg each to 21/30. And the new hybrid LE leaps from 31/35 to 43/39 mpg, bettering the Fusion’s 41/36 ratings. The four-cylinder-only strategy used by competitors Hyundai and Kia doesn’t work for the Camry, as most of  its spinoffs require a V-6.
Toyota achieved these improvements without direct fuel injection, downsized engines, or turbocharging. Instead, the company relied on basics such as a 155-pound diet, lower-rolling-resistance tires, sleeker sheetmetal, taller gearing, more-aggressive torque-converter lockup, and electric power steering. The 2.5-liter four and the 3.5-liter V-6 are both unchanged (see specifications).
The hybrid loses an additional 66 pounds and gets a more efficient Atkinson-cycle engine with an electric water pump, more-effective regenerative braking, increased electric-motor usage, and better high-voltage-battery control. While the nickel-metal-hydride battery capacity is unchanged, total power jumps from 187 horses to 200, shaving an estimated half a second from the 0-to-60 acceleration time.
This Camry is no stunner, but it looks smoother than its predecessor, if a bit slab-sided and shovel-nosed. Despite the weight reductions, the car’s length, width, height, and wheelbase are unchanged. The interior package remains roomy and comfortable. The hybrid benefits from a shrunken and relocated battery/electronics package, increasing trunk space from 11 cubic feet to 13. Other Camrys have 15 cubic feet of space in their trunks.
Mercifully, this bestseller reverses the trend toward budget materials that we’ve seen on many recent Toyotas. A new layered dashboard with genuine stitching on its leading edge has upgraded the ambiance. Large, ergonomically sculpted controls on the steering wheel help navigate the optional electronics, and the cockpit nicely splits the difference between cozy and spacious, though we’d like more-convincing faux aluminum and wood trim.
The other Camrys are oriented, as always, toward cushy comfort. Wind and road noise are even more subdued than before, and the ride is smooth without being floaty—at least at moderate speeds. The new cars go down the road well, although the electronic power steering is notably lacking in on-center feel, even by Camry standards. The SE would be our choice among the many models available (L, LE, SE, SE V-6, XLE, XLE V-6, hybrid LE, and hybrid XLE). SEs come with French-stitched upholstery, more-effective seat bolsters, a cleaner grille, and much less chrome. They also have a notably firmer suspension and a faster steering gear with more effort and feel. As you’d expect, the V-6 SE is quicker, but the four feels lighter on its feet.
For those not sold on the SE, the new hybrid is an excellent choice, as it provides all of the comfort and utility of the other models with close to 40 mpg in real-world driving. Its integration of regenerative braking with hydraulic brakes is among the best we’ve ever experienced, and this car is more than a second quicker than the nonhybrid four-cylinder Camrys.
Though there are still a multitude of Camry models, Toyota has substantially reduced the number of build combinations. All of this adds up to reduced pricing.
The sticker for a base LE automatic, which Toyota expects to account for half of the sales, will be slightly lower than that of today’s LE. The cost of upgrading to an SE or an XLE will be cut roughly in half. And the hybrid, at least the new LE version, also will likely cost less than the current single hybrid model and is expected to account for at least 10 percent of sales. With its improved interior materials, higher mileage, and lower prices, this Camry ought to retain its sales crown.

New Cars - Skoda reveals new Octavia vRS & Scout

Skoda has today released the first official images of its facelifted Octavia vRS and Octavia Scout.

skoda_09_scout__vrs_001

Following the launch of the new Octavia late last year, the vRS and Scout have now also been updated to bring them into line with the current range and family face of Škoda.

The facelifted vRS has a redesigned front grille featuring the vRS logo and bold headlamps, which for the first time can be fitted with xenon headlights combined with the adaptive front lighting system.

The car has two more completely new features: front fog lamps with optional cornering function and LED lamps for daytime lighting. The rear lights have also been redesigned to look more attractive and new 18-inch Neptune alloy wheels are available.

skoda_09_scout__vrs_001

Other changes to the vRS include a new metallic paint, Anthracite, and a lowered (now 127mm) sports-tuned chassis. The car is also lighter – the petrol version by 20kg and the diesel by 15kg. With reduced air resistance the maximum speed of the vRS is now higher and the car’s responsiveness and acceleration have also been improved.

The vRS is available with a choice of two powerplants, a 2.0-litre TFSI 150kW (petrol) or a 2.0-litre TDI 126kW (diesel) engine both of which are available with a six-speed manual twin-clutch DSG transmission.

The new Scout has a redesigned front grille, bold headlamps and body-coloured side mouldings. The front fog lights can be fitted with the optional cornering function and the large front bumper emphasises the car’s rugged appearance. A new metallic paint, Rosso Brunello, is also available across the Octavia range.

With 179mm ground clearance and efficient chassis protection, the Octavia Scout can also handle itself off-road. The all-wheel drive system features the fourth-generation Haldex clutch, which can transfer as much as 86 per cent of the torque to a single wheel.

The Scout is available with two engine choice, a 1.8-litre TSI 119kW (petrol) and 2.0-litre TDI 104kW (diesel) combined with a six-speed mechanical transmission.
